The service

Beacon provides Answer Engine Optimization tooling for Shopify merchants — audits, llms.txt generation, schema injection, IndexNow submission, crawlability monitoring, and related features.

Billing

The Paid tier is billed at $49 USD per 30-day recurring cycle via Shopify Billing API. First charge is immediate; no free trial v1. Refunds are handled manually within 7 days of charge via Shopify Partner refund.

Acceptable use

You may not use Beacon to submit competitor domains for audit at a rate that exceeds 1 per minute, attempt to derive non-public Shopify data, or circumvent the rate limit on the free audit endpoint.

Service level

We target 99.5% availability for embedded admin routes. Webhook processing is best-effort within the 5s Shopify SLA. We do not guarantee SLAs for IndexNow propagation since downstream engines control acceptance.

Disclaimer

AI Storefront Scores are directional, not predictive of revenue. The "AI Traffic Attribution" dashboard reflects only orders where a referrer URL was preserved by the AI tool; actual AI-driven traffic is likely higher.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
